Project : Clear Street FinTech

This stunning trading office began as a vanilla shell; meaning there was no lighting, no ceiling, no HVAC, literally nothing in place. The client requested that we design a space to help him to attract high-value staff from across the country to this Del Mar location.

With open beam ceilings and views to Del Mar racetrack, this space had amazing potential. San Diego Office Design collaborated with the Architectural team and General Contractor on behalf of the client.

Stand-out features include:

• Stunning conference room with custom carved Corian backlit feature wall
• Blue glass conference table made to match client branded color
• Open kitchen with quartz countertop and lovely waterfall edge bar top.
• Hospitality area with double beer tap and wood feature ceiling and wall detail
• Trading area with 8 screen video wall and specialized acoustical application for sound control
• Huddle rooms for small meetings and zoom calls
