Student housing has gotten so 'Tres Chic'!!! At a recent industry trade show I mentioned that my team handles the interior design & furniture for student housing projects. and I got a couple of - 'oh you mean DORMS❓' responses. 🤔 No- not dorms, I'd say...Think more along the lines of 'The W Hotel' 😎 You can even see from the outside of the newest project... It looks like an upscale condo or apartment complex outside, and inside..... I'll start by saying any of us would love the cool+ creative+ boutique-hotel vibe and properties packed with amenities that we would have died to have when we were in college!
